1. Annual Subscription Commitment
By selecting a yearly subscription plan, Customer agrees to purchase access to the Service for a twelve (12) month term, billed in advance at the time of enrollment.
The annual subscription fee is due in full at the time of purchase and is non-refundable except as expressly stated in this Agreement.
2. Automatic Renewal
Unless canceled prior to the renewal date, the annual subscription will automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month terms at the then-current annual rate.
Customer authorizes Company to charge the payment method on file for the renewal term unless canceled before renewal.
3. Cancellation Policy
Customer may cancel auto-renewal at any time through their Stripe customer portal or by written notice.
Cancellation:
- Stops future renewal charges.
- Does not result in a prorated refund for the remaining portion of the current annual term.
Access to the Service will continue through the end of the prepaid annual term.
4. No Proration; No Early Termination Refunds
Annual subscriptions are discounted in exchange for a twelve-month commitment.
Except where required by law:
- No partial refunds
- No prorated credits
- No early termination refunds
5. Payment Authorization (Stripe-Specific)
By completing checkout, Customer:
- Authorizes the Company to charge the selected payment method for the annual subscription fee.
- Authorizes recurring annual charges unless canceled prior to renewal.
- Agrees that payment processing is handled by Stripe and is subject to Stripe’s payment processing terms.
6. Failed Payments
If a renewal charge fails:
- Company may suspend access to the Service.
- Company may retry the payment method on file.
- Access may be terminated if payment is not resolved within a reasonable time.
7. Price Changes
Company reserves the right to modify subscription pricing upon renewal. Customers will receive advance notice of any pricing change prior to the renewal date.
8. Discount Information
The annual subscription reflects discounted pricing compared to monthly billing. Customer acknowledges that early termination would undermine the pricing structure and agrees that no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription term.
